Ginny Morgan is the VP, Investor Relations and ESG, where her work earned LAC a nomination for the Best IR During a Corporate Transaction (the General Motors investment in Jan 2023) by IR Magazine Canada. Her 20+ year career include roles in IR, ESG and sustainability reporting, external communications, securities administration, compliance and budget analysis. Prior to joining LAC in 2021, she was Director of IR at Capstone Mining, where her work earned Capstone a nomination for the 2020 Best Overall IR (Small Cap) by IR Magazine Canada. Previously she was at Goldcorp as Manager, External Communications and Global Branding where she contributed towards multiple CPA Canada Awards including Excellence in Corporate and Sustainability Reporting and Electronic Disclosure. She has held previous roles at Avalon Rare Metals, Boeing and Citadel Investment Group (London). She has a B.Comm in Entrepreneurial Management from Royal Roads University, a Publicity & Public Relations Certificate from the University of Toronto and completed Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge.
